Privacy Policy

When you connect Claim to your Gmail account, we collect:

• Gmail OAuth token — a read-only access token that lets Claim search your inbox for purchase confirmation emails from known retailers.
• Purchase data — extracted from retailer confirmation emails: retailer name, purchase date, and purchase amount.

We do not collect or store email content, message body text, personal communications, or any data unrelated to purchases.

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Identify purchases you have made at participating retailers.
• Credit loyalty rewards to your enrolled loyalty program account.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond reward attribution.

We share extracted purchase data (retailer name, date, and amount) with the brand whose loyalty program you are enrolled in, solely to credit your rewards.

• We do not share your data with any other third party.
• We do not sell your data.

• OAuth access tokens are retained only while you remain connected.
• Extracted purchase records are retained only as long as necessary to process and confirm reward credits.
• You may disconnect at any time by revoking access in your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@yotpo.com.
• You may revoke Gmail access at any time via Google Account settings.
• If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
